01.

Pre exhibition stage

Fully familiar with the nature, scale, scope of participation, and supporting themes of the exhibition
· Prepare materials related to exhibitions and supporting conferences, exhibitor manuals, and safety regulations
Prepare exhibition and supporting conference related reports, including product entry and exit registration forms, construction overtime application forms, etc.
· Understand and master the requirements for venue layout, audio equipment, lighting facilities, multimedia equipment, main visual design requirements, stage area and shape, simultaneous translation related equipment, etc.
Review the materials submitted for the construction of special booths, including the business license of the construction unit, qualification certificates, power of attorney from the exhibiting unit, construction renderings, construction drawings, circuit diagrams, special work permits, insurance information, etc.

Exhibition stage

· Registration services: hygiene and epidemic prevention, registration, handling of conference and exhibition procedures, etc.
Exhibition and construction management services: including supervision and inspection of the safety and construction standards of special booth construction, implementation of on-site needs such as water, electricity, and gas networks of exhibitors, and cooperation with relevant inspections and rectification by public security, fire protection, and other departments
Organize a pre exhibition coordination meeting to implement the details of the exhibition work, including coordination and implementation of entry and exit, catering services, logistics, transportation, health and epidemic prevention, opening ceremony, and forum activities.

Exhibition stage

Demolition stage

Reasonably arrange routes and times to ensure smooth traffic
Supervise the safe handling of exhibits and exhibition equipment outside the venue in accordance with regulations, and ensure that venue facilities and equipment are intact and undamaged
Supervise the timely and safe dismantling and removal of exhibition booths, with no construction waste left behind, and conduct timely acceptance and handover with the venue

Post exhibition work
